KEFI MINERALS PLC: DEFINITIVE FEASIBILITY STUDY UPDATE

Nyota Minerals Limited (ASX/AIM: NYO), the gold exploration company in East Africa, notes that KEFI Minerals Plc ('KEFI') has released an update ('Update') in relation to the Tulu Kapi gold project in Ethiopia ('Project'). Nyota is currently 25% shareholder in KEFI Minerals (Ethiopia) Limited ('KME'), which owns 100% of the Project, and is also currently a shareholder in KEFI, with a 10.3% interest (102,481,158 ordinary shares).
