General Meeting

On 28 May 2015 Nyota Minerals Limited (ASX/AIM: NYO) announced the conditional placing of 545,454,545 new ordinary shares (the 'Placing Shares') to investors (the 'Placing') at 0.055 pence per Placing Share (the 'Placing Price') to raise £300,000 (before expenses). Smaller Company Capital Ltd (acting through its associate Vicarage Capital Limited) is acting as sole broker in relation to the Placing.

The Placing is conditional on, inter alia, the passing of certain resolutions by the Company's shareholders at a general meeting to be held on 9 July 2015. A circular convening a general meeting of the Company has been posted to Nyota shareholders today and is available from the Company's website at www.nyotaminerals.com.
