Nyota Minerals Limited ('Nyota' or the 'Company')

ISSUE OF SHARES

Nyota advises that it has issued 125,000 ordinary shares following the exercise of 125,000 September 30, 2012 options at $0.11 each.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 15 August 2011.

The Company will now have 478,073,263 shares on issue.
