Nyota Minerals Limited ('Nyota' or the 'Company')
CHANGE OF DIRECTORS INTEREST
The Company advises that associates of the chairman, Melissa Sturgess, have today purchased 1,000,000 Nyota ordinary shares at an average price of $0.09 per share. Ms Sturgess now has a beneficial interest in 11,363,855 Nyota ordinary shares (representing 2.38% of the total ordinary shares on issue) and 3.5 million Nyota options exercisable at prices from $0.35 to $0.50.
An Appendix 3Y form as required by the Australian Stock Exchange in relation to a change in Directors interests in the ordinary shares of the Company can be viewed on the Company's web site.
