Norcros plc ("Norcros" or "the Company")
Application for listing of shares
Norcros announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a listing totalling 371,030 ordinary shares of ten pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
This listing of Ordinary Shares is in respect of the exercise of warrants pursuant to a warrant instrument executed by Norcros in 2009. The Company confirms that there are now no outstanding warrants under this instrument.
The Ordinary Shares will be issued fully paid and rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. It is expected that the Ordinary Shares will be admitted to the Official List on 23 June 2017.
Following the issue of the Ordinary Shares the Company's Total Voting Rights will be 61,630,696. This figure (61,630,696) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Norcros under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
