Director Shareholding
Nexteq (AIM:NXQ), a leading technology solutions provider to customers in selected industrial markets, announces that on 20 September 2023 Duncan Penny, Non-Executive Director, has purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 122 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").
Following the Purchase, Duncan Penny is beneficially interested in 30,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.05 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
