Trading Update

Newmark Security plc (AIM: NWT), a leading provider of electronic and physical security systems, provides an update on its commercial developments and trading for the year ending 30 April 2025 ("FY 2025").

As previously anticipated, the Company is experiencing a higher rate of revenue in the second half of FY 2025 and remains on track to generate higher revenues than last year. In recent years, Human Capital Management ("HCM") has evolved to be the main driver of Group revenue. Newmark's management expects this to become even more prominent with the commercial opportunities developing and the growth in recurring revenue through its GT Connect platform. HCM's sales activity in North America continues to be exciting, whilst the rest of the world has improved since its slow start to the current financial year. The Company is pleased to confirm that the sales pipeline for the financial year ending 30 April 2026 ("FY 2026") is building across both territories.

In the half year results announcement, the Company updated shareholders that HCM's partnership with Oracle to target the Direct-to-Enterprise ("D2E") market was progressing well, with the completion of the Clock and Cloud based Oracle software integration for the beta test phase. The Company confirms that the software integration has now been fully tested and approved, with HCM gaining official Oracle integrator status. The Company is also pleased to announce that it has commenced software integration with Workday and SAP and is accelerating its plans with all three of these partners. In the closing quarter of FY 2025, HCM has gained official Workday partner status and is progressing well with SAP.

Further investment has been made in the sales team to unlock D2E commercial opportunities, with the expectation of securing the first D2E customers in FY 2026.
