Newmark Security plc (AIM: NWT), a leading provider of electronic and physical security systems, announces that it was informed on 24 October 2019 that Robert Waddington, non-executive director of the Company, acquired today 500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.89p per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Waddington has a total beneficial interest in 3,300,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.70 per cent of the total issued share capital of the Company.
