NWR issues A shares to Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors
New World Resources Plc ('NWR' or the 'Company') has today issued a total of 261,585 A shares to Mr. Miklos Salamon, the Executive Chairman of its Board of Directors, as part of his remuneration, as described in the Combined Prospectus and Offer Document dated 11 April 2011. The Company has applied for these A shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and for admission to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange, the Prague Stock Exchange and the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
