Regulatory Update:
Notification of Q4 2014 Results
New World Resources Plc will announce its financial results for the year ended 31 December 2014 on Tuesday, 24 February 2015.
Senior management will host a conference call for analysts and investors on the same day at 11:00 CET / 10:00 GMT. For those unable to attend the call a live audio webcast will be available on NWR's website www.newworldresources.eu.
Conference call details will be published on the company's website in due course.
Special LTIP Awards
On 21 January 2015, the Company's Remuneration Committee confirmed the grant of awards under the NWR Special Long-Term Incentive Plan to certain individuals in the total amount of 331,000,000 A shares. The awards take the form of cash-settled nil-cost options with an effective grant date of 21 November 2014.
Awards to executive directors are subject to shareholder approval at the Company's next Annual General Meeting.
Details of the Special LTIP Awards were described in the Prospectus dated 30 July 2014.
