NWF Group plc: Trading update

NWF Group plc ('NWF' or 'the Group'), the specialist distributor of fuel, food and feed across the UK, today announces a further trading update for the current year ending 31 May 2022.

Further to the trading update of 31 March 2022, the Group continued to experience exceptional trading conditions in the Fuels business, with very significant short-term volatility in oil prices and a supply constrained UK fuel market. As a result, performance during the final quarter of the year, to date, has been materially stronger than anticipated with the full year result now likely to be significantly ahead of the Board's previously upgraded expectations.
