VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL
The Company announces that it has issued 31,534 shares under the Company's Deferred Share Plan (DSP). The DSP was established on the 29 November 2007 with the level of the awards being determined at that date and vesting being on the third anniversary. Following the issue of the shares NWF would like to notify the market of the following:
The Company's issued share capital consists of 47,007,104 Ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 47,007,104.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
