NWF Group plc: Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), NWF Group plc (the "Company") notifies that as at 31 August 2022 the Company's issued share capital consists of 49,407,963 ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), with one voting right per Ordinary Share. There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 49,407,963.

Shareholders may use the above figure of 49,407,963 as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the DTRs.
