Directors' Dealings
NWF Group plc ("NWF" or the Group"), the specialist distribution business, has received notification from Johnathan Richard Ford, Finance Director, that today he transferred his entire holding in NWF of 20,000 ordinary shares to his wife, Alison Margaret Ford for nil consideration. This transaction has been made for the express purpose of tax planning and there has been no change to Mr. Ford's beneficial holding in NWF.
Johnathan Ford continues to have a total beneficial interest in the Company of 20,000 ordinary shares representing 0.04 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.
