NWF Group plc ('NWF' or the 'Company'), the specialist distributor operating in UK markets, announces that it has been notified that, on 14 August 2024, Amanda Burton, Non-Executive Director, purchased 17,254 shares of 25 pence each ('Ordinary Shares'). Following this transaction, Ms Burton will have a beneficial interest in 17,254 Ordinary Shares representing 0.03% per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
