Director/PDMR Shareholding
NWF Group plc, the specialist distributor of fuel, food and feed across the UK, announces that it has been notified that on 6 February 2023, Chris Belsham, Group Finance Director, transferred 55,678 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") to his spouse, Sarah Belsham, for nil consideration (the "Transfer"). Following the Transfer, Chris Belsham, together with his spouse, remains interested in a total of 162,845 Shares, representing 0.33% of the Company's issued share capital.
