HALF YEARLY FINANCIAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING
Northern 3 VCT PLC (“the Company”) announces that a copy of the Company’s unaudited half-yearly financial report for the six months ended 30 September 2018 and a circular to shareholders including the notice of a General Meeting to be held on 20 December 2018 (“the Circular”) have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
