Suspension of Trading in Ordinary Shares
(7 July 2023): Further to its recent announcements regarding the implementation of the Alternative Transaction, the Company applied for and has been granted a suspension of the listing on the Official List of the FCA of its ordinary shares of 5p each (the "Shares") from 7:30 a.m. this morning. As previously announced, trading in the Shares will remain suspended until the Delisting is effective and will not resume trading.
Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms within this announcement shall have the same meaning as those contained within NSF's announcement dated 23 June 2023.
