A listing application has been made for 40,750 ordinary shares of £0.05 each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

The shares have been issued and allotted to Non-Executive Director Charles Gregson (27,500 shares), and Independent Non-Executive Director Heather McGregor (13,250 shares), in lieu of their first year's fees and in accordance with the terms of their letters of appointment.

The shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company. Admission of the shares is expected on 18 August 2015.
