NetScientific (AIM:NSCI), the biomedical and healthcare technology investment group, announces that the Group's Report and Accounts, for the period ended 31 December 2013, and Notice of AGM have been posted to shareholders. A copy of the Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM are available on the Company's website (www.netscientific.com).
The Group also announces that the Group's Annual General Meeting will be held at Eversheds LLP, 1 Wood Street, London, EC2V 7WS on 20 May 2014 at 11.30am.
