London, UK - 16 July 2021 -Â NetScientific plc (AIM: NSCI), the international life sciences and sustainability technology investment and commercialisation Group, announces that John Clarkson, Executive Chairman, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of ÂŁ0.05 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of ÂŁ1.01 per Ordinary Share on 15 July 2021.
Following this transaction, John Clarkson will hold in aggregate 136,066 Ordinary Shares in the Company, equal to approximately 0.65% of the Company's issued share capital.
