AGM Statement
At the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held today at 11.30 a.m. the Chairman, Sir Richard Sykes, will make the following statement to shareholders:
"I am pleased to report that the year has started well. We have continued to invest in our key subsidiaries, with particular focus on Wanda Telehealth and Vortex. Our progress for the first few months of the year is in line with expectations. Our pipeline is strong and we are confident about the outlook for the full year."
