The Company announces that it was notified on 30 November 2021 that Charlie Parker, Non-Executive Director, purchased 11,454 ordinary shares of one penny each in NewRiver ("Ordinary Shares") at 86.78 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Charlie's shareholding in NewRiver has increased to 11,454 Ordinary Shares.
