Stream Group PLC01 December 2006 Stream Group plc (the "Company") Result of Extraordinary General Meeting 1 December 2006 At an extraordinary general meeting of Stream Group plc held today at 10 a.m. atthe offices of Fox Williams LLP, the resolutions set out in the Notice of EGMdated 8 November 2006 were passed. As a result of the resolutions being passed the following will take place today: •The name of Stream Group plc will change to NetPlay TV plc and the AIM Stock Code will change from "SEA" to "NPT". •Stream Live Services Limited has been sold to SLS (Holdings) Limited, a company managed by Gordon Robson and Michael Spencer. •Vegas247 Limited and Vegas247 Broadcasting Limited have been acquired by Stream Group plc. As a result of these acquisitions, the issued share capital of the company has been increased by 7,250,000 new ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") and now stands at 67,931,786 Ordinary Shares. Application has been made today for these new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Such admission is expected to become effective on 7 December 2006. Board Changes •Gordon Robson and Michael Spencer have both resigned as directors of Stream Group plc with immediate effect. •Martin Higginson has accepted an invitation to join the board of directors as Chairman and Chief Executive with immediate effect. Material Interests Michael Spencer and Reef Investments Limited, a company in which Gordon Robsonhas a beneficial interest, have today sold the following shares in Stream Groupplc to Hindley Investments Limited, the investment vehicle of Martin Higginsonat a price of 20p per share.
