The Company was informed today that Charles Butler purchased 750,000 shares into his SIPP at 9.25p per share. At the same time he sold 750,000 shares at 9.25p. His resultant holding remains the same at 2,000,000 ordinary shares ( representing 0.71% of the total shares in issue) plus 8,324,154 vested options over ordinary shares with a further 4,662,077 options over ordinary shares.
