Grant of Options
Tembusu Investments Limited announces that Company has granted share options to certain directors (the "Share Options") as follows:

Chan Fook Meng (Chairman and CEO) | 1,500,000 |
Lai Seng Kwoon (Non-Executive Director) | 500,000 |
TOTAL | 2,000,000 |
The Share Options have an exercise price of 3 pence and can be exercised by each director as follows:
·; One third can be exercised after 14 May 2012;
·; One third can be exercised after 14 November 2012; and
·; One third can be exercised after 14 May 2013.
The Share Options expire on 31 December 2016 and are conditional upon the respective directors remaining as an employee of the Company.
The total number of outstanding options and warrants over ordinary shares in the Company is now 32,000,000.
