Claremont Announcement
Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC (LSE: NOG) ("Nostrum"), an independent oil and gas company engaging in the production, development and exploration of oil and gas in the pre-Caspian Basin, takes note of the announcement today by Claremont Holdings Limited and Claremont Holdings C.V. that such companies have received notice of an order granted by the High Court in London which has the effect of preventing them dealing with their assets, including any shares they hold in Nostrum Oil & Gas plc, and that this may prevent the exercise of the voting and other rights attached thereto.
