Board changes

Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC (LSE: NOG) ("Nostrum", or "the Company"), an independent oil and gas company engaging in the production, development and exploration of oil and gas in the pre-Caspian Basin, today announces the resignation of Mr Mark Martin from the Board of Directors of the Company effective 15 July 2020.

Sir Christopher Codrington has replaced Mr Martin as Senior Independent Director and also as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee of the Board.

The Company will make any further Board announcements as appropriate.
