Director's Dealing
The Company has today been notified that Andrew David Langman, a Director of the Company, transferred a number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP).
On 17 July 2014, he sold 20,355 Ordinary Shares at a price of 113 pence per share. On the same day, his SIPP purchased 20,216 Ordinary Shares at a price of 113.14 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result of this transaction, Andrew Langman's holding changed to 187,023 Ordinary Shares (139 sold to pay transaction costs) which represents approximately 1.8% of the Company's issued share capital.
