Dividend Timetable

The Company announced on 26 March 2024 a proposed final dividend of 1.0p per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2023.

The proposed dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held on 22 May 2024.

Following approval, the dividend will be paid on 24 June 2024 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on the record date of 24 May 2024, with an ex-dividend date of 23 May 2024.

The notice of AGM will be made available online and posted in the coming weeks, along with copies of the 2023 Annual Report and Accounts, to shareholders who have requested hard copies.
