Oxford, UK - 6 June 2024: NIOX Group plc (AIM: NIOX) announces that today it was notified that Michael Roller, Chief Financial Officer, transferred 88,490 of his Ordinary Shares held in NIOX Group plc to his wife.
Following this transaction, Michael Roller's total reportable shareholding in the Company remains unchanged at 748,174 Ordinary Shares (including those held in his wife's name). This equates to 0.18% of the issued share capital of the Company.
