Total Voting Rights
Nichols plc, the diversified soft drinks Group, gives notice that as at the date of this announcement, the Group's issued share capital consists of 36,968,772 ordinary shares of 10 pence each, of which 44,553 are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 36,924,219.
The above figure of 36,924,219 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Group under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
