Nichols plc, the diversified soft drinks Group, announces that it was notified on 16 June 2021 that Nick Yates, PDMR and Sales and Operations Director for Vimto Out of Home, exercised options over 1,509 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 16 June 2021, under the Company's 2016 Save As You Earn Scheme (the 2016 "SAYE" Scheme), at an exercise price of 993.9 pence per Ordinary Share, all of which were sold by Nick Yates on 16 June 2021.
