The Company was notified on 26 July 2019 that Marcella Kain (PDMR) exercised share options over 2,516 ordinary shares of 10 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), under the Company's 2014 SAYE Scheme at the exercise prices of 792.3 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result of the above transactions, Marcella Kain's interest in the Company is 2,516 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
