Nichols plc, the diversified soft drinks Group, announces that it was notified on 4 June 2021 that Emma Hunt, PDMR and Marketing Director, exercised options over 1,016 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 4 June 2021, under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP"), at an exercise price of nil pence per Ordinary Share, all of which were sold by Emma Hunt on 4 June 2021.
