Director Shareholding
The Company announces that on 7 August 2013, Tim Croston, Group Finance Director, transferred 17,250 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his wife, Mrs Susan Croston at nil value.
Following the above transaction Mr Croston (including connected persons) has a beneficial interest in 17,250 Ordinary Shares representing 0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company.
