Notice of Final Results and Update on Gibraltar Incident
Nature Group, (AIM:NGRP,) the provider of port reception facilities and waste treatment solutions for the oil, marine and process industries, will announce final results for the year ended 31 December 2011 on 6 June 2012.
The Company continues to negotiate with the Government of Gibraltar regarding the recommencement of operations at the Company's reception and treatment facilities in Gibraltar. The negotiations remain positive and constructive and the Company will provide an update in due course though operations will not commence prior to the second half of the financial year.
The Company will provide a comprehensive operational update in its final results announcement.
