Dividend Timetable

Nature Group Plc, a provider of port reception facilities and waste water treatment solutions for the oil, marine and process industries, announces that its proposed final gross dividend of 0.7 pence per ordinary share, announced in its preliminary results on 25 May 2011, will be payable to shareholders on 5 July 2011 with a record date of 10 June 2010, subject to shareholder approval at its annual general meeting on 28 June 2011.
