Nature Group PLC confirms that it was notified on 5 January 2015 that Nigel Sandy, Chairman of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 12.8 pence per Ordinary Share on 5 January 2015. Following this transaction, Mr Sandy is interested in a total of 408,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.51 per cent. of the existing issued share capital of the Company.
