Nature Group PLC confirms that it was notified on 13 February 2015 that Peter Snell, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 115,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 12 pence per Ordinary Share on 12 February 2015. Following this transaction, Mr Snell is interested in a total of 900,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.14 per cent. of the existing issued share capital of the Company.
