Nature Group, (AIM:NGR), the provider of port reception facilities and waste treatment solutions for the oil, marine and process industries, announces that it has been informed today that Port Invest B.V., a company in which Bernard Muller and Andreas Drenthen, both Directors of the Company, each have a 25% beneficial interest, today acquired 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each ("Shares") at an average price of 26.9 pence per Share.

Following the acquisition, Port Invest B.V. holds 18,322,000 Shares representing 23.26% of the Company's issued share capital.
