Director's Dealings
On 19 July 2010, the Company was informed by Mr Richard Eldridge, the Chairman of the Company, that on 19 July 2010 Atlantis Energy Services Limited, a company in which Mr Eldridge has a controlling shareholding, had sold 710,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 43p.
Following this disposal, the holding of Mr Eldridge and his family is 3,376,500ordinary shares, representing 8.6 % of the Company's issued share capital.
