Directors' Dealings
On 21 February 2011, the Company was informed by Peter Snell, the Company's Finance Director, and Stig Keller, an Executive Director, that they had sold 172,000 and 200,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p in the Company respectively and that of these ordinary shares 322,000had been placed with Portinvest B.V. and the balance with an institutional investor.
Bernard Muller, the Company's Deputy Chairman, and Andreas Drenthen, the Company's CEO, are each 25 per cent shareholders in Portinvest B.V.
Following these share transactions, the holdings of Peter Snell, Stig Keller and Portinvest B.V. are as follows:
