Nature Group PLC confirms that it was notified on 2 December 2014 that Jan Vesseur, Chief Operating Officer of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 18 pence per Ordinary Share on 2 December 2014. Following this transaction, Mr Vesseur is interested in a total of 60,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.07 per cent. of the existing issued share capital of the Company.
