Next 15 Group plc announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 45,555 new ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company (‘Ordinary Shares’) to be admitted to AIM.
The Ordinary Shares are to be issued as consideration for the acquisition by the Company of certain growth shares from employees in connection with the Elvis London Limited ‘growth share' employee equity incentive plan noted in the Company's financial statements for the period ending 31 January 2023.
The new Ordinary Shares will, upon issue, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary share capital of the Company. It is expected that admission will become effective on 2 June 2023.
Following the issue and allotment of the new Ordinary Shares as described above, the Company will have 99,235,403 Ordinary Shares in issue. No shares are held in treasury.
