Next 15 Group plc announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 68,438 new ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company (‘Ordinary Shares’) to be admitted to AIM.

An application has been made in respect of Ordinary Shares to be issued in respect of (a) the vesting of an RSU award under the Company’s Brand Restricted Stock Unit Plan for its subsidiary Archetype Agency Limited, and (b) the vesting of an RSU award under the Company’s Brand Restricted Stock Unit Plan for its subsidiary Savanta Group Limited.

These new Ordinary Shares will, upon issue, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary share capital of the Company. It is expected that admission will become effective by 22 August 2023.

Following the issue and allotment of these new Ordinary Shares as described above, the Company will have 99,545,100 Ordinary Shares in issue. No shares are held in treasury.
