Nexus Infrastructure plc ("Nexus" or the "Company")
Interim Dividend
As stated in the Company's admission document published on 6 July 2017 the Company intends to pay an interim dividend in relation to the six month period ended 31 March 2017. The dividend will total £0.8 million or 2.1 pence per share. The ex-dividend date* will be 17 August 2017 and the record date** will be 18 August. Payment date will be 7 September 2017.
* Shares bought on or after the ex-dividend date will not qualify for the interim dividend
** Shareholders must be on the Company's share register on this date to receive the interim dividend
