NEW.I AGM Statement Newcourt Group plc ('Newcourt' or the 'Group'), a leading, Irish based, supportservice group, today held its AGM at 10 am at the Conrad Hotel, Dublin 2,Ireland. At the AGM, Newcourt Chief Executive, Mr Ted O'Neill, commented: "We experienced another year of growth and development in 2007. Financialhighlights for the 2007 full year included: -- Revenue growth of 42% to EUR 165.9 million -- Trading profit growth of 39% to EUR 15.5 million -- Operating profit growth of 30% to EUR 11.3 million -- Profit before tax growth of 21% to EUR 9.3 million -- EPS growth of 17% to 11.1 cent The performance reflects strong organic growth across our business units in2007.
