Issue of equity

Netcall plc (AIM: NET) a leading provider of end to end customer engagement software solutions, has applied for 100,000 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM further to the exercise of options by a former employee. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares, and admission is expected to be effective on 11 December 2012.

The Company advises that, following the issue of Ordinary Shares, the Company's issued share capital is 122,347,826 Ordinary Shares (including 976,324 Ordinary Shares held as treasury shares). Therefore the Company's total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 121,371,502.

The above figure of 121,371,502 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
