Netcall PLC11 September 2007 Netcall plc ("Netcall" or "the Company") Result of EGM 11 September 2007 - Netcall plc, a leading provider of call-back, auto messagingand contact solutions is pleased to announce that at its Extraordinary GeneralMeeting held earlier today, the special resolution put to shareholders to givethe Company authority to undertake market purchases of its own shares was dulypassed. Under its articles of association and Section 163 of the Companies Act 1985, theCompany has the power to purchase its own shares. The passing of the resolutionsmeans the Company is now able, subject to certain limitations, to purchaseshares in the market for cancellation. This authority lasts for the period untilconclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting in 2008. Such authorityallows for purchases to be made on the terms set out in the Resolution of up toa maximum number of 6,605,000 ordinary shares (representing approximately 10% ofthe present issued ordinary share capital). A purchase of the proposed maximum of 6,605,000 ordinary shares at the shareprice of 29.5p (the closing market price on 10 September 2007) would involve theCompany in the expenditure of approximately £1.95 million before stamp duty andcommissions, and at the proposed minimum permitted price of 5.0p would involvethe expenditure, on the same basis, of £0.33 million.
